Creating a family
I am an honest, purposeful, tenacious, loyal, caring man. I am quite versatile, have a multifaceted personality. At the same time wise and spontaneous, serious and cheerful, funny. PS For some people this information might be worth mentioning: I chose not to be vaccinated against Covid (but not focused on vaccines matters overall). RELIGIOUS JOURNEY Raised in a non religious family, with a protestant background, I was baptised in the Catholic Church as an adult at the age of 40. INTERESTS I have quite varied interests. I'm very much curious. I much value high culture but also appreciate popular culture. There is quality on both sides. Music I have much very diverse music tastes. What I most like is classical music (Vivaldi, Bach, Chopin, Malher, Ravel, many others), high quality songs, some (slow tempo) jazz, and a lot of good music to dance on. I learned to play piano as a child. I noticed that what really connects me emotionaly to what is taking place when I attend Mass is music. The organ and the chants have a mysterious and powerful effect on me. I 'm quite creative. I was into drawing and painting for a couple of years. Then it was computer music (orchestral libraries). Then video (shooting and editing). But for many years now I'm into writing scripts. Books I used to read classical literature and a lot of thrillers, detective and spy books. Now I dedicate all my reading time to historic academic books and papers, including some Saints lives. The reason is that I am preparing a series of scripts - a historical saga in the time of Byzantine Palestine. The monks of the Judean Desert, in particular the Lavra of Saint Sava, play a special role in this saga at some key points in the plot. The documentary stage is almost completed. Nature I love nature. Especially seas, rivers, mountains, forests.
